CALL FOR USELESS TALENTS***

I need your help! I need you the viewer, to send me your useless/unusual talents! I am working on a new series of Sunday Funnies, the little comics I did for my thesis. The plan is to make a book of drawings of useless talents, with a little humorous twist. My talent is that I can snort, very loudly, so this is the drawing I did for it. I have some from other friends that I will post soon(some are hilarious). So, if you juggle, or you can touch your nose with your tongue, or any kind of strange talent, send me an email (14watts@gmail.com) with a quick description or post it in the comments for this post. I'm excited to see what people send in, and to share my interpretation of their skillz. So if you want to pitch in, send em my way! The drawings will be anonymous, in case there are embarrassing ones. Thanks!

Don't forget to check out SarahSquared! It's a blog I share with my best bud where we respond to each others work in square format.. It's been a fun project, the point is to have a place to experiment making images, and have fun doing it. Enjoy!

Oh yeah, I started a funny video section to the right, for some good laughs. Check em out!

baby commission

This is a commission piece that I did for someone I met at Megacon earlier this year. Daniel contacted me to do a portrait of his friends and their soon to be baby boy in the technique that I work in for my little comics. I told him, "Okay but there may be a squid baby involved," and he was cool with it. So cheers to having squid babies. I wish the couple best of luck!

Post Hallo

I haven't been on the computer too much lately. Just wanted to share a picture inspired by a musical ghost seance that Sarah and I went to last Tuesday. It was a interesting experience to say the least. People were asked to put items on the stage that belonged to past relatives as the musicians played creepy music to address those relatives and to say hello I suppose. Along with that the night was very light hearted also, with burlesque dancers, some sword balancing, a sitar player, and tarot card reading. Way cool and it all took place at an old mattress warehouse that now showcases antiques, called Paris on Ponce.

Hope everyone enjoyed Halloween. Sarah and I dressed as Thing One and Thing Two, while Scott dressed as Where's Waldo. We had a blast, and hung out with some of Scott's fello photo classmates. Halloween is the best holiday by far, and is also my pop's birthday.

I will be visiting my blog more often, hope everyone is well!
